Despite these challenges, Black women have shown remarkable resilience and resistance. They have fought for their rights, created their own communities, and made significant contributions to American society. This book explores the experiences of Black women who have been subjected to violence, and how they have resisted and triumphed over adversity.
The book is divided into three parts. The first part examines the historical and contemporary forms of violence that Black women face. The second part explores the ethical dilemmas that Black women face in resisting violence. The third part offers a vision for a more just and equitable society where all women are free from violence.
This book is a must-read for anyone who wants to understand the challenges faced by Black women in America today. It is also a powerful and inspiring story of resistance and triumph.
