The heart-pounding true story of two brothers who fought side-by-side in the Korean War

In the annals of military history, the Korean War is often overshadowed by its more famous predecessors, World War II and the Vietnam War. But for those who fought in Korea, it was a brutal and bloody conflict that left an enduring mark on their lives.

Jock and Moon Miles were two brothers from Texas who found themselves fighting in Korea. Jock was a career soldier, while Moon was a reluctant draftee. But both men were determined to do their duty and serve their country.

The Miles brothers were assigned to the same infantry regiment, and they quickly found themselves in the thick of the fighting. They fought in some of the war's most famous battles, including the Battle of Inchon and the Battle of Chosin Reservoir.

The Miles brothers witnessed the horrors of war firsthand. They saw their friends and fellow soldiers killed and wounded. They endured long periods of intense combat and deprivation. But through it all, they remained close, supporting each other and providing each other with strength.

In 1951, Jock was seriously wounded in battle. Moon was by his side when he was evacuated, and he vowed to stay with him until he recovered.

Jock spent several months in the hospital, but he eventually recovered from his wounds. He returned to Korea and rejoined his brother in their regiment.

The Miles brothers continued to fight in Korea until the end of the war in 1953. They both returned home as decorated veterans. Jock went on to have a long and successful career in the military, while Moon returned to civilian life and raised a family.

The Miles brothers' story is a testament to the courage, resilience, and love of family. It is a story that should never be forgotten.
